Our Vision
When Grahame and I founded North Country Developments, we wanted to create a company that could make a genuine difference to both the UK’s housing situation and our struggling high streets. With my background in accountancy and Grahame’s extensive construction experience, we knew we had a powerful combination of skills to bring to property development – the financial acumen to identify viable opportunities and the practical expertise to transform them into reality.
